outdated decor low shower pressure
the room felt a little cramped (especially with my luggage). the decor seemed somewhat outdated, it could use a refresh. also, the shower pressure was quite low and it was hard to have a good wash. i also noticed a stain on one of the towels. these things impacted my stay a little.

convenient location easy transport nothing noisy
i appreciated the location, quite convenient for accessing southsea attractions. the proximity to bus routes facilitated easy transport to other areas. the street's quiet nature was beneficial.
I found that the decor seemed a bit dated. This could use refreshing.

Perfect Stay Near the Sea
hot breakfast friendly host super clean bathroom
I found the breakfast superb, served hot with plenty of choices. The host was friendly and very attentive. The room and bathroom were super clean. They had everything I required.

The room had plenty of hangers and also adequate drawer space. It made it very convenient to organize my belongings. The bed was very comfortable, and the heating worked perfectly. Made the room nice and warm.

The proprietor was very cute and also helpful. It felt quite personal. He provided prompt service, and he ensured all my requests were handled with care. I was charmed by his dedication.

Parking was easy to find close by, definitely very convenient. I came out of the building, turned right, and the seafront was just a minute's walk. It made the location superb.

Excellent stay near THE coast
plentiful breakfast boating lake coop store
The breakfast was plentiful AND very good. The location is close to Southsea pier and a boating lake. A coop store is also nearby for convenience. I found this very useful.
The towels were small and stiff, this affected drying my hands.

The room was CLEAN. It had all essentials for a restful stay. All amenities were functional and added comfort. I noticed that the room service was prompt.

The location is quiet. It is Central TO local attractions. Walking distance to the sea and green spaces is very close. I did not needed a car to get around.
